Shipping Policy

All pieces are handmade and shipped from Spain with great care and attention to detail.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply in their country.
AREMi studio is not responsible for delays due to customs or local postal services.

Each order is carefully packaged to protect your piece during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 h of delivery with photos so I can help find a solution.

Returns policy

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
Refunds will be issued once the returned piece is received and checked.

Please note that personalized or custom-made pieces cannot be returned.
